It’s amazing to look back and realize that the girl in that picture is YOU. Not a whole lot is more motivating than putting in the hard work and getting results that you didn’t know would ever be possible. 
This prep has been a little (a lot) harder for me because my body isn’t responding as quickly as before, but if it were easy everyone would do it. I can’t wait to hit that stage again!
