Honestly? This is what keeps me from over-thinking stuff. It’s amazing how much of a motivator this is. I have so much I want to do, see, learn, and accomplish.I don’t have time for thoughts that would just bring me back to square one. 
I have a life to live.

@jazzythings: Shoutout to my shoulders for showing the FU up today. All night I pumped myself up for my workout today. All day I was looking forward to pushing that weight. Last night my brother @mschmalhaus texted me and said “Don’t be afraid to up your weights tomorrow. You’re stronger than you were last week ๐Ÿ’ช.” So you bet your ass I did. I stared the 45lb dumbbells in their faces and I said “I will rep you,” and then I seated shoulder pressed the shit out of them and I did it again and I did it again. And next week I will be even stronger than I was today and I ain’t neva stopping ๐Ÿš‚๐Ÿš‚๐Ÿš‚! This is the shit I love!!!!!!!!!! Giving my all EVERY DAMN DAY!!!!!! Exceeding my own expectations! Getting stronger. Pushing past barriers. I will progress. Every damn day, I will progress in some way or another!!!!! And shoutout to that sweet painting on the wall too…you also pump me up. ๐Ÿ—ป
